Apartment 1 Overview

The ceramic tile entryway and coat closet at the door makes it feel like home the moment you step inside.  Being set back off the main hall allows for some added privacy.  The kitchen flows into the living room for an open feel.  The leather couch and chair in the living room arrange easily.  Many people enjoy having the bathroom placed between the two very similar sized bedrooms.

Apartment 2 Overview

Apartment #2 is the main 3 bedroom offered at Aberdeen Apartments.  This is a great apartment if you are planning to have 3 or 4 people.  With the two full bathrooms (identical in size) there is no issue when it comes to sharing.  If you are planning to double up in one room the largest room (143’) fits 2 twin beds, 2 desks, and 1 dresser very comfortably!

The sofa and loveseat supply ample seating in your living room.  The laundry is nicely positioned in the common area, great for getting your wash done and folding laundry while you catch your favorite shows.  Plus, this is the only kitchen that offers an island.  This gives the living room and kitchen a larger more open feel.

Apartment 3 Overview

This two-bedroom was designed for 3 people in in mind.  With the bedrooms being fairly different in size it makes sharing easy.  The large bedroom allows the two people sharing to still have some of their own space.

Plus, this is the largest two-bedroom floor plan we offer!  The large living space fits three people quite comfortably.  With a sofa and loveseat in the living room you’ll find you have ample seating for having friends over.  The laundry is located just off the living room conveniently in the middle of the apartment.  In the unit #3 you’ll also find that the breakfast bar is a very nice place to sit at your lap top or enjoy dinner with your roommates .

Apartment 4 Overview

The unit #4 is our most popular floor plan. The large living room comes with a leather couch and loveseat.  The open flow between the kitchen and living room offers roommates and friends a great place to gather.

The unit #5 is the brightest apartment we have to offer!  With the windows in each bedroom, living room and kitchen overlooking West Gorham Street you get plenty of sun.  This apartment has the 3 windows in the living room that are on the front curve of the building with a beautiful view of University Avenue.

Some say it’s odd that you enter into the hallway.  However, once you have lived here you find how nice it is that the living room is set back off the main hallway.  It is very private, even from the bedrooms.  When one roommate wants to watch T.V. late at night and the other wants to study you can enjoy the quiet solitude in your own room.

Apartment 6 Overview

This is a very popular two bedroom.  It offers many favorites.  First, as you can see the bedrooms are identical in size.  Each bedroom has two windows making for a bright, warm place to study or relax.

The living room comes with a sofa and chair.  The chair tends to be positioned for prime people watching.  With the balcony facing directly down University Avenue you’ll find plenty to watch.  The laundry is located just off the living room and offers a little bit of extra storage space.

The galley style kitchen keeps your dirty dishes contained and out of site from the living room.  Plus, the entry closet offers you ample space to keep your coats, use as a pantry, or hide your garbage can.

The unit #7 is perfect for 5 people or simply those looking for a great deal!  This is the largest four bedroom apartment that we offer.  The living room comes furnished with a leather couch and chair while the breakfast bar supplies extra seating.  The larger entry area offers space for coats, shoes, or even shelves to store dry goods.   

The largest room fits 2 people very comfortably.Or if you decide to go with just 4 people this floor plan gives you the option of staggering payments.We understand that not all groups of friends have the same housing budget.This layout is an ideal solution.You get to live in a beautiful, well maintained, wonderfully managed building all without breaking your budget
